Yoga Trail is a fantastic online resource that helps you to find yoga teachers, classes and studios around the world. It doesn’t matter where you are or live; Yoga Trail will list up the yoga classes in your area. What’s more, this huge online directory is also available in a handy mobile app!

If you’re looking for a free online resource that can help you improve your yoga at home, Do Yoga with Me could be ideal. The site runs a donation, or pay-what-you-can policy, meaning you access the materials for nothing. When logged in, you’ll find a tonne of HD videos, DVDs and specialised training videos that cover all aspects of yoga. Based on Facebook, The Yoga Room is one of the biggest online communities with over 26,000 members to date. This is a private group, so you’ll have to send a request to join but, once accepted, this will easily turn into your one-stop feed for all your yoga content. There are regular postings and an extremely active community that can help you should you have questions or simply want to find people to practice yoga in your local area!

Trying to find the ideal practice for you can be difficult, especially when you’re starting out. However, while searching online, I stumbled upon this short but very detailed yoga titled ‘A Beginner’s Guide to Yoga’. Hosted on Spark People, this article goes in-depth on the ins and outs of yoga and makes it easy to decide how you want to process. There’s a brief history as well as a description and links to other resources, depending on what practice you want to try!

As the name suggests, Yoga International is a leading website resource within the yoga community. This is a paid service but comes with a 30-day free trial where you’ll have access to a range of yoga session and classes.
